Dr. Jo Mitchell is a clinical psychologist with expertise in well-being. This presentation is a great place to start.

In it, you can find the PERMA model of well-being, value congruence, self-compassion, active constructive communication, and much more.

2. Miriam Akhtar

Miriam Akhtar is one of the first and leading positive psychology practitioners.

This PowerPoint is definitely one of our favorites. In it, you’ll find information about positive emotions and positive psychology coaching.

3. Lisa Sansom

Lisa Sansom is a corporate trainer and speaker. She’s on the board of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association and President of the MAPP alumni Association at the University of Pennsylvania.

If you want to dive a little bit deeper, this PowerPoint is a great tool. Lisa covers positive emotions, flow, meaning, strengths, grit, and resilience to mention a few.

 

4. Ryan Niemiec

Ryan Niemiec is a psychologist, coach, and author. He’s the Education Director of the VIA Institute on Character Strengths.

His presentation covers mindfulness and character strengths as pathways to flourishing.

 

5. Robert Emmons

Robert Emmons is the world’s leading scientific expert on gratitude. He is an author, professor of psychology, and founding editor-in-chief of The Journal of Positive Psychology.
