About Jeremy
Jeremy Sutton, PhD, is a performance and positive psychologist, chartered psychologist (CPsychol), and honorary lecturer at the University of Liverpool. He is the founder of FlourishingMinds.xyz, a platform offering training and guidance on resilience, mental toughness, strength-based coaching, emotional intelligence, and positive psychology.
Jeremy earned his PhD in the psychology and physiology of human endurance at Ulster University, researching the psychological and physiological factors that influence performance in ultra-endurance runners. Alongside his academic work, he has served as a psychological consultant to international organizations and startups, a Udemy educator, and a science writer for Elemental on Medium.
A former PositivePsychology.com writer on performance and positive psychology topics, Jeremy is also an amateur endurance athlete who has completed numerous ultra-marathons and an Ironman.
