Michelle Ribeiro is a certified Life Coach specializing in mental health — helping people suffering from anxiety, stress, and depression to develop coping strategies and a path toward mental wellness. Her practice takes a holistic approach, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual as vital parts of an integrative system.
Michelle’s coaching practice calls on teachings from neuroscience, positive psychology, mindfulness, and yoga (Michelle is also a Certified Yoga Instructor). She uses practical, evidence-based tools to help clients develop healthy habits, manage symptoms and create happier, more fulfilling lives.
Before entering the wellness field, Michelle spent a decade in various corporate communications roles, developing her professional skill set as well as a curiosity about people and their behavioral patterns. There came a point when she could no longer deny her passion for helping others navigate their journey.
