    Good article. Mindfulness is so powerful. Some people have no idea what you can accomplish in your life by being mindful. It is really the way to live and you gain freedom and clarity in your head by truly living who you are and being Ok with this person who you are! It goes beyond my wildest dream and I am honestly a much happier person since I started joining an educational platform which practices mindfulness as well. Over the moon I am and I was a depressed moany person back in the days, so yes I got the prove just there in my own life! By the way, I come from Holland and I am in no way connected with the person behind this website! I was just googling and found this beautiful site and wanted to wake up some people who are still asleep and sitting in a life of self-destruction or laziness and afraid to take action. All I can say to that is I do understand how hard it is to change but you will live the same life 5 years from now if you do nothing! And that should motivate you to take baby steps! Baby steps to a better life are ALWAYS better than NO steps at all. So I am very proud if you try to say Thank You every day to the person who does something for you.
