Hello all – I am delivering a full day workshop for teachers on well-being and self-care in April. I have just read some of Jane Dutton’s work on High Quality Connections (HQC) and would like to find a few icebreakers or energizing activities for after lunch to use that would strengthen the co-workers relationships, and perhaps use a co-operative game/activity which would enhance team work. Any ideas? Thank you Patrice

    Hi Patrice,

My personal experience is that strength finding exercises are really fun and build trust and appreciation. If the team members know each other well, this one is great:

There are a lot of possible exercises in this book:

    All the best,
