    Hi everybody!

I’m just starting to work as a PP Coach/Counselor and I’m wondering how you document your client cases?
Do you just write a summary of the coaching process? Do you use special templates..?

Would love to hear your experiences!

A positive day to you all!

    Cheers

    Hi Tina,

During the coaching process, I use an iPad to take notes from time to time. In keywords, I write down what I believe is essential information during the coaching session. After the session, I write a structured report that includes all the details, including homework.

You could consider the following headings:

    Session Objectives:
    Progress/Breakdowns:
    New Assessments/Distinctions:
    New Self-Observation:
    New Practice(s):
    Other Actions:
    Objectives/Focus/Intention for next time:

Alternatively, you can also ask the client to reflect on the session:

My 3 Key insights of this session:
My take-home message of this session:
    My Action Steps:
    General Comments about the Session:
