Community Manager / Host
About the role
We are looking for a Community Manager / Host to support and engage our audience while creating opportunities for members to share insights, solve challenges together, and build meaningful relationships.
You’ll host virtual events, guide discussions, and ensure everyone feels welcome and supported.
With access to our platform, tools, and a small supporting team, you’ll be the trusted face and point of contact for members, helping them get the most out of their experience.
This is a part-time, freelance role, requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week. The position is fully-remote, however we are seeking someone based in the EU (preferred) or US time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Virtual Gatherings: Host regular online events to encourage connection and learning.
- Support Member Integration: Help new members navigate the community, connect with others, and feel at home.
- Encourage Engagement: Drive interaction through asynchronous communication and creative initiatives.
- Promote Peer Collaboration: Create opportunities for members to support one another in solving challenges.
- Collaborate with Our Team: Work closely with internal support to manage administrative needs and ensure a smooth experience.
- Measure Success: Monitor key metrics like member activity, satisfaction, and retention to continually enhance engagement.
About you
- You have 2-3 years of experience hosting or managing virtual communities.
- You are a coach, therapist, or helping professional who understands clients’ challenges, the nuances of the therapeutic alliance, and are familiar with both coaching and clinical landscapes.
- You’re a skilled facilitator, comfortable in leading online discussions and events with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
- You are organized and tech-savvy, familiar with online platforms and comfortable managing asynchronous communication.
